Return/Refund Policy

We will accept returns and provide a full refund only for merchandise that is damaged or defective (i.e. torn, poor quality imprint, or wrong color). 
All returns must be received within 7 days of their receipt in their original condition and unwashed.

Membership refunds will be processed in exceptional circumstances (debilitating sickness or injury, compassionate / bereavement etc.) for the remaining months of any pre-paid memberships.
