Mobility
High Glute S&F (ball)
Banded Lat Distraction
Banded Bully (Shoulder Stretch)

Weightlifting
Clean and Jerk (3-3-3-3-3)

Metcon
10-20-30-20-10:
Push-ups
Deadlift @ BW (~75 / 50% BW)

at least 5 reps at a time ... if not, adjust accordingly.
