SKILL TRANSFER EXERCISES:
1. Snatch Push Press
2. Overhead Squat
3. Heaving Snatch Balance
4. Snatch Balance without a dip
5. Snatch Balance with a dip

*** use PVC and / or Empty Bar ***

Mobility
Calf & Achilles Stretch (heel up/down)
Posterior Shoulder - Rotator Cuff (Ball)
Elevated Pigeon Stretch (Box)

Weightlifting
Snatch (1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1)

Metcon
EMOM 12, alternating between:
30 Double-unders
10-30 sec L-sit Hold
