Mobility
Psoas smash
Anterior Shoulder / Pec Smash

Banded Hip Extension

Weightlifting
Overhead Lunge (5-5-5-5-5: each leg, alternating)
- Weight (plate, barbell, kettlebell ...) held overhead while executing the lunge movement.
